I bought a 10$ gift card and I didn't get my pet! I did comfirm the email they gave me,but when I logged on I did get my crowns (I chose the crowns option) but not my pet! I checked my bank but my pet wasn't there either! I didn't even get the gift bubble that pops up on the side. I really need help!
