To receive communications from Wizard101, you must provide a valid email address that you can check. To CHANGE the email address you have on file with Wizard101, simply go to My Accounts and update the email address field. Make sure you provide an active email address that you can check.
Then resend your customer support ticket and only then can they reply to you with the information you seek.
