Glitched spell quests

uhhh aren't you supposed to get talos quest (myth) at level 55 to get the talos minion?i am level 61 and haven't gotten it?so plz help

You haven't completed the tasks you need before you can obtain this quest.

You need to obtain the quest "The Spell Trade" (http://www.wizard101central.com/wiki/Quest:The_Spell_Trade) from Baldur Goldpaws in Olde Town to set you on your path to Talos.
