You should NEVER do shaky deals like that over the internet. They might, but I doubt it. It is however probably stolen or is/will be stealing from KI. DO NOT interact with this person, or advise your friend that. Please read the announcements from Professor Ambrose (here) as they will advise you in a similar manner.
