I have a level 17 thaumaturge that is in Krokatopia and he bought a new deck there. But even if I put cards in it, the only ones I can use are the ones that come with the Quartermaster's Wand. It was hard and frustrating work to get out of Wizard City, and now all my hard work is ruined!
