I don't know if this counts because it happened once to me. Either way, I was just going about my day in grizzleheim and i got into a battle by accident (which can be really annoying sometimes) so when I went into the battle the health rings around the character were not aligned properly and it was more off the the left and a little up. It looked awkward.
I was at the Vigrid Roughlands in Grizzleheim, more specifically the Boiling Fields area. This might also be due to changing the size of the screen like how it was not full screen and once it was full screen, this occurred. Also, every time I switch screen sizes in a battle, the battle display is zoomed out, but once attacks start it is normal.
