helephant tower problem

Hi everytime I try to go into the tower with someone I get in and I'm alone. Can anyone tell me if there is a way around this or somewhere I go to report the problem. Thx in advance.

Yeah, it's actually quite simple, use the door to go out of the dungeon, instead of porting out.
