With my balance wizard I'm in Helgrind Warren. I've fought against all bosses in the areas (fire, life, storm, balance) and a door opened, where there were 3 death minions. I defeated one of them and died. Back into the dungeon and I defeated the remaining two but the last door for Ullrik is still closed.

It's so frustrating to start again! It took me about one hour and half :(

I know. When i beat the balance boss, all the doors closed, even Ullik's door! The only door open was the exit door!

you need to contact support directly to get this fixed. They will give you credit for the dungeon, if you did complete it, and allow you to move on.
