A few days ago I got a new laptop (Windows 10). When I downloaded wiz101 and got to the loading wizard101 pg it kept saying connecting to wizard101. It said that for a good 5 minutes then it just kicked me off. I tired it again, but this time I hooked it up to the Ethernet cord. It worked but I want to know why it won't let me play without it connected to the Ethernet cord. Pls help.
