Hi, I have an account (Neon1021) and I redeemed some birthday gifts for wizard101's birthday. I clicked "activate now" and when i logged on I didn't have any presents! I then went back on the site and clicked activate now again. It says i already activated my gifts. I did not recieve any of the presents, however.

Hello,

All of the items are in your gift window. You may need to log out and back in for the gift window to appear. And if you have more than 10 pages of gifts, you'll need to redeem some in order to see the new items in the window.
