help crashing when launched

So I was trying to enter sunken mansion house looking at it thinking about buying. and then it crashed out of the blue. I logged back in again and again and soon as I start to load it crashes.

The house file might be corrupt. You could try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. If that doesn't work, send in a ticket to Support.
