Help I Cant Accept My Friends Gift

My friend gave me a hoard of the hydra pack the other day and it has been a while. I am starting to think something went wrong and I can't accept it. Please help

As Professor Greyrose said, you should find it in your gift window, which looks like a present box. If it is, and it wont let you redeem it, your backpack probably can't fit the stuff in it.
