House loading glitch

Is anyone else experiencing the house loading glitch?

Each time I port to my house, I'm greeted by a sea of boxes that have yet to be unpacked.

In the past everything would instantly display; now there's an incredible lag time delay before everything displays.

I'm just curious if there's is a specific set up, setting, or file I should have.
