how do you recover or change password

my nephew can not remember his password i am the head of the family account is there a way to recover or change when its not known

You can press the "Forgot" button at www.wizard101.com. Select the radial for "Forgot Master Password", enter your username and an email will be sent.
  • Go to http://www.wizard101.com
  • Make sure you are not logged in to the website.
  • Click the word Forgot?
  • Indicate that you have forgotten the master password.
  • An email to reset your password will be sent to the email address you used when you activated the master password controls.

i have not forgotten my master password it is my nephew who has forgotten his

go to wizard101.com log in go to account preferences and I think you can change passwords, and it is could you know your master password because you need it to log in

only problem is you need to know your current password if i tell you "guys" his account name would you be able to look it up and tell me or i could have him contact you
