Before I get started, I'd like to say NO. They are NOT connected to the same user accounts. Everytime I try to launch it, it says it's already been launched and cannot reopen it. But I've seen other people do it on video! I'm confused

Hi SageSparkles! Having two separate installs of the game on the same computer, Non-Steam vs Steam, for example, can work. They may also have two separate machines.

I do it consecutively. I log one account in fully...once my wizards are sitting by their desks I click the launcher again and log in another account. The launcher will only let me log in one at a time, but once you're in the game the launcher isn't running any more and can be started up again.
