I can't access open chat.

I purchased crowns and I can't enable open chat it shows this (You must make a purchase before you can edit this)
and i'm 18+ and older what do I do?

We clearly indicate when you redeem your prepaid card that prepaid cards cannot be used to unlock Open Chat. A prepaid card is not a valid proof of age of majority.
