I can't install wizard101

Whenever I try to install wizard101 it says this

A box pops up
Feature transfer error
Feature : Wizard101
component: (blank)
Error: Access denied

Then I press okay, then another box pops up saying.

Some data could not be removed from the installation folder. You may need to delete these files manually.

Then I press okay, and nothing happens. I tried again multiple times, nothing has happened. I've tried resetting my computer.

Does anyone know what's going on? If so please help.
