I am a level 95 storm wizard i have been trying to get insane bolt i already have supercharge and wild bolt i am trying to get insane bolt i went to boulder goldpaw in old town and he doesnt have the quest i am in winter tusk hrundle forge idk what is going on please help

You need to continue your quests in Grizzleheim/Wintertusk until you get to The Runedown and you will get the spell.
