Okay so this isn't just happen in Khrysalis, it's happening wherever it wants, but sometimes the Quest Helper breaks and only points forward. I can fix it by starting the game up again but that has a tendency to get tedious.
This can be easily fixed by pressing 'quit' and then pressing 'play' to re-enter the game. This is a known issue and should be fixed in an upcoming update!
