Have the new spell from the Professor Pack fire hat, but it doesn't seem to be working?
I have been trying to test it out using my various fire Dot spells, and nothing happens each time; my char goes through visual motion of casting but there is no spell graphic and the Dots don't 'explode' as they should as described; nothing is happening.
