Ivan and Mellori still next to me in Polaris?

I've finished the world of Polaris on my Ice character for sometime now and I just found out that the NPC's Ivan and Mellori still walk next to me when I'm in Polaris. Can anyone or any staff member help me figure out why? Thanks!

P.s. I've already checked my quest book and I don't have any Polaris related quests.

Did you turn in the final quest of Polaris by talking to Ivan? I only have them next to me on wizards that haven't turned in that quest.

Yes, I don't have any quests in my book related to Polaris and I have checked Ivan to see if there's any quest to turn in at sky anchor peak.

Can anyone from the Wizard support team please assist with this issue?

I've noticed they reappear and stick around when I farm certain areas in Polaris like the Jeweled Slopes. No complaints here.
