Jewel issue

Hey everyone,
I'm having some problems affixing ice dealer sapphire to my mountain yeti. I have the pet maxed out and I am also max level, so I meet all of the requirements for actually using the jewel. Could someone please let me know if there is something else required. The pet is also a triple damage and double resistance. Thank you!

You could be having 1 of 2 problems, or maybe both!

- Your pet is not Ultra+, and cannot socket the Ice-Dealer Jewel (which is Ultra pets Only)
- Your pet already has the Ice-Dealer Talent.

If these problems aren't there, (you have an ultra pet without ice-dealer) than I'm not exactly sure, may be a technical issue.

If your pet has already learned the Ice Dealer talent (+9% Ice damage), you can't affix a gem that has the same talent.
