That may not be the title of the quest in Grizzleheim but in the last battle where you get the key of truth you have to touch 3 stones and the key appears, but it does not appear so you have to touch the 3 stones a second time. After you get the key the helper pointer does not go to your next/last quest but still points to the stones.
