I think its an issue that a mount from a pack can be so rare that you can open up more than 160k crowns worth of packs and not get it and then if you want to keep trying you have to contact support because it flags you from buying more on a limited time event...

It's possible the purchasing frequently may cause a billing lock on your credit card due to card security.
