Krokotopia Royal Hall Missing Notebook Quest

Hi all,

I can't seem to get the "Missing Notebook" side quest from Alfred Rothchild in the Royal Hall. According to the Wizard101 Central Wiki (http://www.wizard101central.com/wiki/Quest:Missing_Notebook#axzz74m2TQeOz), the prerequisite quest for it is "Krokotopia" which I've already completed (I'm currently on the storyline quest "Dig It"). I know that this quest appeared on the last wizard I ran through Krok with, so I'm wondering if this questline been removed or if the prerequisite quest has changed.
