Launcher is messed

Reinstalled my computer on new hard drives. Installed Wizard101 and the launcher looks horrible. It doesn't have the Wizard101 art but instead opens in a Windows window and looks like a junk game from Windows 98 era. Please tell me how to fix it.

I tried adding a pic of it here but, like most of the site, can't do anything useful.

You can and probably should contact support@wizard101.com

You can send the pic to them through that method. No, you can't post any pics on this site.
