What does the Head Teacher give you at level 25?

I achieved the level today, and I had one of those tool tips on the right, so I clicked on it, and he said he had something that had been delivered for me? And I should get there as quick as I can,

So I went to him and he did not want anything with me LOL :\

I had looked at the "Known Bugs" section and i saw the bug with him, I was not sure if it was the bug, as 25 seemed a nice round number for him to warrant asking me to come and see him. :)
