level 48 pet ice

i did not get my level 48 pet ice.i did the quest and i never got it.

i pick up everything in my house inside and out but it still does not show up in my attic.

I have placed Taz your Ice Colossus in your backpack.
Ice Colossus is the pet quest reward at level 48. If you are thinking of a different pet, you need to let us know exactly which pet you are unable to find.
