Level 84 astral spell quest

My character recently became a level 84. I went to go talk to Pacal red mask in the Zocalo but, he did not have the quest for me. Can you fix this?

To receive the quest to get your school aura, you must have activated all other star obelisks in Zafaria. Go to Zamunda where the queen is and there is the other star obelisk.
