Ok so Jewel card packs are not level appropriate like others card packs opening with level 100 can get all level jewels and the like this needs to be addressed.
Similar jewel recipe purchased level 95 balance recipe received a level 85 jewel from random yes i get but stat given should be random range but still level 95+ base not 95 recipe oh random here have level 15 jewel you could have crafted with lower recipe at less cost.
Lastly level 100 key boss should not drop level 15 jewels either straight or from gold chest that appears should be level appropriate just saying. Receiving low level items from such a fight is just wrong.
