I used to have a magus death level 34-38, but I got hacked and lost him. I emailed KI to see if I could get him back, but since its been 8-12 months, will I be able to get him back?

First of all, you did not get 'hacked'. Had your account truly been compromised you would no longer have access to it. I show no suspect activity on your account.
Secondly, 8-12 months ago? Absolutely not. You only have a matter of days to notify Mr Lincoln of an accidentally deleted character.
Finally, you have deleted over 50 characters on that account, young Wizard. Are you encountering problems when you play new characters that is causing you to delete so many?
