Hello, I would like to do Mount Olympus, but I'm not able to get the quest. I spoke to Cyrus and Romolus, but when I go to the Library to speak with the librarian, he doesn't seem to have the quest for me. Any help would be appreciated, please and thank you.

Sounds like you already talked to him. Look for Lighting a Fire quest, you have to get a scroll in the Library and then talk to Romulus again.
