It is still on the bug sheet and as of yesterday it wasn't fixed, at least in my experience. It seems to work sometimes and other times not. FYI, you have to look at your pips carefully to see if it is working as the "transfer" happens before the mander starts casting the spell. Anyway, he's still helpful so I still use him!
