marleybone explorer where is he in shipwreck house

i been searching my shipwreck house from polaris bundle pack and still cant find the marleybone explorer , can you give directions please..... im sure its mentioned in your video about the polaris bundel that you can visit him for rewards daily

It should be outside near an entrance.
