So i recently got back into wizard101, and once I got in game, I realized that the safety chat setting was on. When I logged in onto the sight to change the setting, it asked me for a master password. I didn't know what that was, so I went to forgot password, and it sent it to an email. When I went to email preferences to see what email it sent it to, there was nothing there! Can I get some help maybe
I have sent an email before that was never responded to, but I'll try again, thanks! Also, I saw in another discussion that you just reset their email to receive emails again because they had opted out of it. Is that something that could have happened with my account?
