I'm not sure what happened, but the animation that occurs when a player is struck by a tempest has changed. Now, it is the same animation that occurs when hit by wraith, which doesn't make sense.
It's more like the animation of getting attacked by seraph. Also, the rain and lightning is gone from tempest. It looks like an ocean and the clouds above it..
