Young Wizard, we don't appreciate your accusations. You purchase a prepaid card from Best Buy and received your 5000 Crowns and your Arctic Elf Pet.

You did not receive a mount from that card.

If you cannot locate your pet, make sure you have redeemed it from the Gift Window.
