my Expierience is a big problem!!!!

My life is level 51 in floating land and i did some side quests is this normal for a level 51 and i started cl and 48 please reply asap.

Not a major problem, it just means you skipped many of the side quests. A good player shouldn't have any troubles, but if you feel underpowered, go back and do the side quests when you want to relax.

Help people out also. I did that and I am a level 60 legendary. I am in the science center in CL.
