I have a Quest called "It's an Honor" and the objective is to find Crystal Storage in Ds The Crucible but it leads me to The Grand Chasm, and it's a Dungeon with a sigil and I cannot teleport nor go in the Tower/Dungeon, this is a Serious Bug, my Membership expires in 9 Days when this was written. Sigh :(

This is a known bug. Do not follow the yellow arrow. It takes you to the Grand Chasm, which is wrong.
Go back to Zanetta. Take one of the side ramps that is right behind her. The crystal storage rack is at the bottom of the ramp near her.
