My support tickets being dumpped?

When i send support tickets requesting a awnser i now never get a responce i wait for 2 weeks to receive a responce for two help tickets but nothing.So am i getting ignored,noobed,deleted?I have problems on the game that are now never adressed

We responded to your tickets, however if you do not provide us with a valid email address on registration, we have no way to contact you....
