We just got hit with a new mechanic, 'Summon the Deadly Hunt' I think it was called, 10 TIMES in a row and all died. We don't know what triggered it, but it just spammed it over and over till we died, we never got another turn.

This instance is broken.

Same thing happened to my group. No one used a dot. It seem to be triggered by heals from pets and players.
