No 75 minion quest?

Today, my ice wizard hit level 75. I know the minion are at at level 75. I didn't get a little bubble. I went to Baelstorm and he only had a question mark above his head about some quest about Typhon Dustwind. What am I supposed to do?

To obtain the quest for your level 75 minion spell you must:

Be a minimum of level 75
Completed your level 55 spell quest (for ice wizards, that's Frozen Armor)

If you do not have your Frozen Armor spell, (http://www.wizard101central.com/wiki/Spell:Frozen_Armor) you need to finish that up first before you will be able to get your new minion.
