Some of you may remember that this Summer there was an issue with getting full credit for watching videos. We were getting 2 crowns, not 10. I had contacted support and they told me:
....we are aware of an issue with some crowns ads not giving full credit. We are currently researching this issue.
Any future adjustments will be made automatically after the issue is addressed.
I contacted them again recently because it appears to be fixed. And they responded
If any credits will be sent out for that situation, a notification will appear on the main website.
It has been a few months since there has been an issue. Am I correct in reading this that Kings Isle is not going to give full credit for those videos.
Hardly the end of the world, but a bit annoying since it was their issue.
