I have some suggestions if they help or not cause they are obvious. 1- have you changed gear to higher health than higher boost and all that.(scroll over your current health and it will tell your base health and your gear that helps it) 2- look at your friends health and their gear since it can boost your health. 3- if none of those work look on the Internet for some bugs others are explaining also.(this was helpful for me once) Hoped this helped
It's obvious that there's a glitch here. Leveling up with boost your life stats even if you don't change gear. Click the "help & support" tab to the left here and file a complaint to support. Only they are going to be able to help you.
