If the game is working, you should be able to create a shortcut.
With Windows Explorer, navigate to: "C:\ProgramData\KingsIsle Entertainment\Wizard101\ , right click on "Wizard101.exe", and click "Create Shortcut. The shortcut will appear in that folder, and you can drag that to the desktop and use it to start the game.
