My computer got messed up, so when I fixed it, I went on Wizard101 and I got a message saying "Unable to Connect to Internet". The internet test said "TEST OK" but the firewall problem came up. The port thing, there is no thing to see if ports are allowed. The program file WizardLauncher is there but WizardGraphicalClient is not. I turned my firewall off and still no luck. I even tried re-downloading Wizard101. No luck. Help, I LOVE Wizard101!!! ~Miranda JadeBlossom Master Theurgist

To create a dxdiag.txt just go to Start -> Run (or Search in Vista) and enter dxdiag and click OK. Once the program has run its course, click "Save all Information" and it will output a txt file that you can attach to your email.
If you want the prize, you have to build the ladder rung by rung. There are no shortcuts.
