So recently i came back to wizard101 after years of not playing and noticed i wasn't able to type in chat since i made my account back in 2009. So i went over to my account and tried logging into my master password only to see that i have forgotten it. so like usual i pressed the forgotten password button and it said it emailed my master password email with the new master password. so i checked it and its not there, i even tried a few more times and its not there again. so whats going on?
I tried to email support@wizard101.com but every time i sent one i never got a reply. So eventually i went on a different email and got a reply in a day. they said they never got my email from that email address. Any idea what could be happening?
