Penny Dreadful's quest "Dreadful Deliveries where she sends you to Zeke, the arrow is pointing towards where he is in WC, but the quest still says he is in Olde Town.
*** I just want to add that I know its not really a bug, its just that I have been playing since May or so, and he has never been in Olde Town ... so why hasnt the actual text for the quest been updated? The quest helper arrow was fixed, but thats it ***
