I have a wizard101 steam account and I was wondering how do I turn on openchat for it because Im not sure how steam works for that

Hi EliasPlayz! Create a Steam account and then make a purchase to recognize that account on our system. This can be a subscription for example. Then contact our support team and they should be able to check on the Open Chat ability: https://www.wizard101.com/CustomerSupport/game
