Hi, as of now i am 19 years of age. i created my account back when i was 11. Do i have to save my credit card to be able to turn on open chat? It states, when using a valid card you are able to have the option to enable open chat, but still no option even after buying crowns and buying subscription. Any feedback would be helpful.
